The ZF Award for round 6 at Suzuka has been granted to the No.18 TEAM UPGARAGE with BANDOH

The “ZF Award” is granted to those mechanics who display impeccable performance throughout race week. The team chosen to receive the award for the 2016 SUPER GT round 6 at Suzuka is the number 18 "TEAM UPGARAGE with BANDOH."

The reason for bestowing the award to this team was the fact that, despite suffering a crash at SUGO and struggling to procure parts due utilizing the mother chassis, they steadily got the machine ready for this round and secured their first pole position. Although they were unable to achieve a podium finish in the race they carried out an error free race to finish in 4th.

The next award will be given at round 7 to be held at Chang International Circuit over October 8th to 9th.
