On July 26th, 2019, GTA Co., Ltd announced the 2020 SUPER GT series schedule. The planned schedule for the coming 2020 season will feature a total of eight rounds.

As the same as this year, the 2020 season is scheduled to feature a total of 8 rounds consisting 6 rounds at 6 Japanese circuits. The opening round is scheduled for April 12th (race day) at Okayama International Circuit and the final round will be held on November 10th (race day) at Twin Ring Motegi.
Changes may be made in the schedule as a result of subsequent changes in international world championship events.
