During the 2020 Nissan Motorsports Program presentation that was held at the beginning of the event, NISMO President and CEO Takao Katagiri (in above photo) commented, "This year, Nissan and NISMO will again be engaged in various motorsports activities, with a focus on the two pillars of the Formula E championship and Super GT. We will continue to provide support to teams from different parts of the world that race with GT-R NISMO GT3 in series like GT300 class, Nurburgring 24 Hour, and Super Taikyu. By turning the passion of each team and the support from the fans into our motivation, we are determined to showcase exciting battle in all categories we will be involved with."
