Okayama International Circuit Co., Ltd. and GTA Co., Ltd. announce that, in view of the situation with the continued spread of the new coronavirus, it has been decided through discussions that placed the top priority on the health and safety of the spectators and the competitors that for the Official Tests Okayama event scheduled for March 14 (Sat.) and 15 (Sun.) at Okayama Circuit only the tests will be conducted without a spectator presence. For the same reason, the decision has been made to forego the holding of the Fan Thanks Day to have been organized by the Circuit, and that other events like the Open Pit, etc., will be cancelled as well.
Concerning refunds on tickets already purchased for these events, the details will be posted in due time on the Okayama International Circuit official website. Until the announcements concerning the refunds are posted, we ask that ticket holders be sure to keep their tickets readily at hand, so they are not lost.

Concerning the holding of Round 1 of the SUPER GT series scheduled to be held at Okayama International Circuit on April 11 (Sat.) and 12 (Sun.), the related organizations will make their announcements based on the developments in the present coronavirus crisis as soon as the decisions are made.
