On February 29, GTA Co., Ltd announced the race distances/time for each round of the series, and that again in the 2024 season there will be eight (8) rounds held at six (6) circuits, with three races to be run at the normally standard 300km distance. But now, there will also be three races run with a 3-hour time length and three (3) at a 350km distance. Last season there were three (3) races run at the 300km distance and five (5) at the 450km distance. Please note that the number of tires allowed per round and the number of pit stops required for each race will be announced by means of bulletins, etc., at a later date.
Due to the fact that, unlike last season, there will be 3-hour and 350km races, we can look forward to the various new strategies adopted by each team regarding the order of driver stints, pit stop timing and the timing of tire changes. It looks as if, compared to last season, there will be more thrilling races that will keep the fans eyes glued to the action until the very end.
