The first of the carbon fiber helmets required from this season, an ARAI HELMET-made model, is delivered to Koudai Tsukakoshi

　As a measure to ensure greater driver safety, all drivers participating in official SUPER GT races and Official Tests in the 2025 season are required to wear carbon fiber helmets (meeting FIA specifications). In compliance with this regulation, GTA received the cooperation of one of its SUPER GT series sponsors, ARAI HELMET, Ltd., to produce two carbon fiber helmets as part of its team support.

　Currently, ARAI HELMET is progressively developing its production of carbon fiber helmets to be supplied this season. The first of these carbon fiber helmets to be supplied this season has been delivered to the No. 17 Astemo CIVIC TYPE R-GT driver Koudai Tsukakoshi and he has now begun using it in test drives. Here we introduce a photograph of the helmet Tsukakoshi will be wearing this season as a driver for the Astemo REAL RACING team.
